For property managers
Your OpenTurn portal is free, set up for you by your cleaning company — there's nothing to sign up for or pay.
What your free portal shows
Once your cleaning company adds you, sign in at your portal with just your email — no password, a one-time link is emailed to you each time. From there you can see every property you manage, its upcoming and past turns, and the photos taken during each inspection.
Requesting a turn
Open a property and choose Request a turn. Add the date and any notes your cleaning company should know, and submit — it lands directly on their schedule for review.
Reviewing an invoice
Once a turn is complete and reviewed, its invoice appears under Invoices with the full breakdown — base charge plus any upcharges, each backed by the photo taken during inspection. If something looks wrong, open the invoice and dispute the specific line — your cleaning company sees your note and the same photo evidence, and responds from their side.
Connecting Google Calendar
From Schedule, connect Google Calendar to have every upcoming turn at your properties appear automatically on your own calendar, kept in sync as turns are scheduled or rescheduled.
