OpenTurn

Terms of Service

Effective date: September 28, 2026

These terms govern your use of OpenTurn, provided by OpenTurn LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company ("OpenTurn," "we," "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using OpenTurn, you agree to these terms. OpenTurn is currently in beta — read the "Beta & pricing" section below carefully.

Accounts

Cleaning companies, their managers and admins, cleaners (employees and subcontractors), and property managers each use OpenTurn under their own account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for activity that happens under your account. A cleaning company is responsible for the accounts of the staff and subcontractors it invites onto its OpenTurn team.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use OpenTurn for any unlawful purpose, or to submit knowingly false upcharge claims, photos, or job data.
  • Attempt to access another company's data, or any account you're not authorized to use.
  • Interfere with or disrupt OpenTurn's infrastructure, or attempt to bypass its security or access controls.
  • Upload content you don't have the right to upload, or that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell access to OpenTurn without our written permission.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to OpenTurn — turn photos, property and job information, documents, and notes. You give us permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide OpenTurn's features to your company and, where the platform is designed to share it (for example, a photo attached to a claim visible to the relevant property manager), to the other parties involved in that turn.

Beta & pricing

OpenTurn is currently offered free during its beta period, with no fixed price and no billing in effect today. We intend to introduce paid subscription tiers for cleaning companies based on turns per month; the free property manager portal is expected to remain free regardless of a cleaning company's plan. We'll give account holders reasonable advance notice before introducing billing or changing pricing for an existing account.

Third-party integrations

OpenTurn offers optional integrations with third-party services, including Google Calendar and QuickBooks Online. Connecting one of these services is your choice, and your use of it is also subject to that provider's own terms. You can disconnect an integration at any time from within the app. See our Privacy Policy for what each integration does with your data.

SMS Messaging Program

Program name: OpenTurn Job & Schedule Alerts.

Description: With your prior express written consent, given by checking an unchecked opt-in checkbox wherever your phone number is entered in the OpenTurn app, OpenTurn sends you text messages about job offers, schedule changes, and account notices. Consent is never a condition of creating or using an OpenTurn account.

Message frequency: Varies based on your job activity — typically a few messages per week, more on days with active job offers or schedule changes.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any OpenTurn text message at any time to stop receiving messages, or turn off text alerts from your profile in the app. Reply START or UNSTOP to resume.

Help: Reply HELP to any OpenTurn text message, or contact support@openturn.co.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See openturn.co/sms-opt-in for how opt-in works and our Privacy Policy for how we handle the data collected through this program.

Termination

You may stop using OpenTurn, or ask us to close your company's account, at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access to OpenTurn if we reasonably believe an account has violated these terms, poses a security risk, or if we discontinue the service, with notice where practical.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

OpenTurn is provided "as is" during this beta period, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee OpenTurn will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every upcharge claim, photo, or AI-assisted review will be perfectly accurate — OpenTurn is a tool to support your company's own review and decisions, not a replacement for them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenTurn and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim relating to OpenTurn is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as OpenTurn changes. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders directly. Continuing to use OpenTurn after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
